Do you feel it too?

That restless pull to break free from something or someone. Yet every time you come close to making a move, you stop. And wait. And wonder whether the timing is right.

You may even be telling yourself you are stuck. Indecisive. That you should have figured this out by now!

But you are not lost. You are listening for the voices on the wind.

With Venus transiting in retrograde motion through Swati, the Heart is being asked to revisit what it truly values. Swati wants room to breathe. And part of you knows that a ‘yes’ given too soon, or a door closed too quickly, will only bring you back to this very same place.

So if you are holding your breath, waiting for the wind to change, know that you are not alone. Many of us are standing in that same in-between space right now.

What are you waiting on at the moment? Be gentle with yourself.

We are getting a lot of new members here. Just a reminder that aside from the groups, this is a full-fledged social media platform only without the privacy invasion (lol) and geared towards astrology and spirituality. I encourage everyone to get to know each other and interact. Or sit on the sidelines if that is more your style.

'Varuna placed the stars in the sky and split heaven and earth asunder.'

This one line explains so much about the Nakshatras of Vedic Astrology and their function.

Nakshatras are deeply related to the Moon, responsible for our sensory mind and Consciousness, the way we subjectively see things. The Moon is also connected to the Oceans, the ebb and flow of the tides.

Varuna is connected to the Oceans as well. Plus, as we see, responsible for the stars or Nakshatras themselves as well as the rectification of Cosmic Law.

We can say that the Nakshatras are connected to the waves of the mind, the condition in which our consciousness plays its game of karmic reconciliation. In each moment we are subject to these waves.

We get to practice being more reflective of our Soul much like the full moon. And at times, our capacity to reflect that light is disrupted.

Nakshatras are speaking the language transmitted from the Cosmos, to your Soul and finally to your Consciousness.
Learn to listen to the stories they are telling you.

Pay attention!

"When Varuna and I embark together and urge our boat into the midst of ocean, We, when we ride o'er ridges of the waters, will swing within that swing and there be happy."

If I were to start a series of posts on the experiences of a professional astrologer, or questions about learning astrology, what are some topics you would be most interested in?

How's everyone's experience of Mercury Retrograde so far. I find myself revisiting old familial issues that need sorting through.
